Our Programs
Self-Defense
Self-defense is the core of Phoenix BJJ. Self-defense is the foundation of the original system of Gracie Jiu Jitsu. We teach self-defense as part of beginner classes as well as a women’s only self-defense class on Saturdays. Our kids classes have a strong focus on teaching self confidence and the skills to defend ones self or deescalate a situation. Learn more about what to expect for your first class
BJJ Gi Beginner and Advanced
The all levels class is for students both new and advanced . Fundamental Jiu Jitsu concepts and techniques are covered in this class. Starting with the basic concepts and techniques and building towards a complete game both standing and on the ground. Learn more about what to expect for your first class
Kids Class
Our kids class is led by Dan and Jenny. The kids class is focused on teaching kids the fundamentals of self-defense as well as building the character and confidence of the students. Click here to learn more
Nogi
Phoenix BJJ no gi classes have a focus on wrestling as well as the more advanced aspects of modern Jiu Jitsu including take downs, wrestling, and leg attacks as well as self defense concepts used in no gi. Taking away the grips opens up a whole new style of submission grappling. Learn more about what to expect for your first class
